SPECIAL FUNCTIONALITY
KEY	FUNCTIONALITY
Delete or Backspace	Delete selected Line, Shape, Segment, or Point
Shift + Plus	Dvides selected segment in half.
r, l, u, d	Moves selected Line or Shape right, left, up, down.
Tab	Hides/reveals all tool panels.
NOTE: Free Draw	When using the "free draw" tools, the system is set up to automatically simplify the lines based on angle.
NOTE: LOAD XML	sample.xml will load in a sample xml file.
NOTE: PUBLISH XML	This button does not currently work in the web version.
